As we move into 2021, I am delighted to see the demand for e-line delivered intervention solutions has never been stronger in Norway. Our clients continue to embrace the expansion in task range and transformation in performance being seen in this space. With greater certainty, quicker results and lower environmental impact we see this trend accelerating and we are well underway with our capacity expansion plans to support both continued and anticipated growth. In addition to a build programme for new technology capacity we have also re-allocated global capacity to Norway to maintain the successful collaboration we are seeing with clients.
Reflecting on the last 12 months, this positive trend is not just volume of jobs being executed with our Prime Technology Platform, we have delivered a range of ground-breaking precision solutions ranging from high capacity wellbore clean out and precision metal milling through to high performance adaptive completion manipulation scopes. Combining our technology solutions with niche diagnostic and advance logging solutions from our service partners in one integrated delivery has made a real impact in our vision to Make Intervention Smarter.
It's also great to be hiring again and the response to the new opportunities we have has been fantastic. We have unique facilities at our Well Intervention Academy and an industry recognised training programme. This gives us an important and valuable model to scale and develop offshore and onshore teams in a structured and immediate manner. Supporting this we have dedicated technology centres providing technical support and rapid response engineering for quick, specialised and sustainable solutions.
I am very excited at the progress we are making with our clients and how together we are re-shaping what is possible at a critical time for the industry. New technology solutions and new delivery models offer a real step change in value capture and aligned with our ongoing programme for digitisation the year ahead offers so much.
